Plans and what's included

What each plan carries, how seats are licensed one at a time, and the choice of whose cloud the room runs in. Figures are not published yet, and this page says so rather than showing a number that is out of date by the time you read it.

Seats are licensed one at a time

The staff is not all or nothing. Each seat is licensed on its own, so a firm that wants sourcing and diligence and nothing else pays for sourcing and diligence. The plans are bundles of those seats rather than tiers of a single product.

A room only lists and runs the seats it is licensed for. There is no screen full of features you cannot open.

Hosted or dedicated, which is a real difference

A hosted room runs in our cloud and a dedicated room runs in yours. The difference is not a line item: it decides who holds the keys to your pipeline, which is covered in full on the page about where your data lives.

Both are the same product. The same migrations, the same setup, the same code, and the only difference is whose cloud account it lives in.

What to ask us

How many deals a year the firm sees, which seats you would actually use, and whether you want the room on your own infrastructure. Those three answers decide the shape, and we would rather give you a number against them than publish one that fits nobody.

The first cohort is small on purpose. Ask for a seat and we will tell you what it costs for a firm your size.

Why there is no number on this page

Two firms with the same assets under management can want completely different staff. One sees four hundred decks a year and needs the top of the funnel handled; another sees forty and needs the case against written properly on every one of them.

A single published figure would be wrong for both, and a pricing page that is wrong is worse than one that is honest about needing a conversation. We would rather ask three questions and give you a real answer.

The first cohort is small on purpose

Rooms are being set up one at a time, with the firm, rather than opened to anyone who signs up. That is not scarcity marketing: a deal room that is configured badly produces work a partner learns to distrust, and distrust is very hard to recover.
